The Jack Rabbits Program is for children in the ‘FUNdamentals’ stage of the Long-Term Athlete Development Model. This is the second level of the program.

There are two Jack Rabbit programs, Jack Rabbit 1-2 (ages 6-7) and Jack Rabbit 3-4 (ages 8-9).

This program is designed to develop fundamental skills, build overall motor skills, confidence and social skills and encourage fun and participation.  Low level and fun competitions are introduced.  Athletes progress into the next level upon completion of Jackrabbits, which is Track Attack.

Low-key competitions are introduced, as are inter-club social, skill and fitness oriented ski activities.
