Membership and its benefits

  • Whistler Nordics membership provides you access to our programming, gear SWAP (early bird access), social events, waxing supplies and trailer and discounts at select providers!

  • A valid Whistler Nordics club membership is required for participation in club programs and can be purchased at the time of registration.

  • *Cross Country BC membership fees ($9)& Nordiq Canada membership fees ($12) are required to cover insurance and to access some of the benefits listed below.  These fees are added when you purchase your membership.

  • **Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable.

  • Whistler Nordics has a wax trailer at Whistler Olympic Park in the XC Stadium area for you to use. Keep your gear warm, wax your skis on the wax tables/profiles or catch up with friends…the space is there for you to enjoy. Only request, please keep it clean and tidy and note that it is busy on Saturday mornings and race weekends. Speak to your Coach or a Board Member for access.

  • 10% off regular-priced ski equipment to Whistler Nordics members again this season. We will ask members to present proof of registration (zone 4 email or similar is totally adequate) to activate their discount. Go here

  • Whistler Nordics Members receive 25% all wax purchases from Diamond Head Sports Inc. (8-1005 Alpha Lake Rd in Whistler) until November 30th /2023. 10% of all purchases will go to Whistler Nordics Wax Fund!

Our membership fees cover insurance premiums with Nordiq Canada, help Whistler Nordics offer youth ski programs, support program development and delivery, annual races, coaching workshops, wax clinics, ski clinics, officials training, general club activities, administration, communications, Membership fees are supplemented by club corporate sponsors, grants and fundraising. Members also receive the annual Ski Cross Country Magazine and regular club newsletters.
