We are looking for P/T Coaches for the youth Skill Development Program. Coaches provide age and skill appropriate coaching that follows the NCCP model to a group of 6-8 children for the duration of the program which comprises 10 sessions. This is an on-snow coaching position. We are looking for coaches on Tuesdays and Thursdays after school at Lost Lake and Saturday mornings at Whistler Olympic Park. View the schedule of classes here.

Teenagers 16+ can coach to learn leadership skills and fulfill their High School volunteer hours.
Coaches receive an attractive incentive package:
- Hourly honorarium dependent on coaching certification paid out at the end of season
- pass at the specific location they are teaching, reimbursed at the end of the coaching season
- Free coaching courses (one per year)
- Free coach jacket
Skills/experience required:

Clear Criminal Record Check
Minimum age: 16 years old
Coaches are expected to use their own ski equipment when coaching
Previous coaching/racing experience, CANSI certification, First Aid certification is desirable but not required.
