Coast Cup #2 – Feb 14, 2015, Whistler Olympic Park
The Whistler Nordics host the 2nd of five Cross Country events in the Teck Coast Cup Series on January 17th at Whistler Olympic Park
It’s a great opportunity for volunteers who enjoy being part of a team to come together to host a successful event for athletes from across the region. No ongoing time commitment is required just some spare time on Saturday Jan 17th and ideally some transportation to get to the Callaghan (we can arrange car pooling if required). There are Chiefs in place in all the key areas to provide direction for keen and enthusiastic volunteers, no experience necessary. Last year we had 130 athletes from Vancouver Island, Vancouver, Squamish, Whistler, and Pemberton participate in the races and 50 volunteers played a part in the success of the event. If you feel you would be a good fit for any of the volunteer roles below please register to volunteer (online registration will open in Jan 2015) or email firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions.
